Project L: The Latex Photography Project

Somehow, by either accident or by purpose, you’ve managed to find your way to Photour.net, the homepage for Project L, a latex photography project.

Our mission is to show you that latex can be considered as a casual choice of clothing, be it in a club, in a restaurant or just while going out for a walk; as something that you don’t need to be ashamed of.

This project will show you latex in safe settings, in a beautiful way—not just the kinky way, as the popular belief is.

All things latex can be found here, as long as it is casual. We’re here to show that latex can be welcoming, casual and nice-looking. It’s just a material—it’s nothing to be afraid of!

If you want to take a deeper look into what’s going on in behind the scenes, you can always support our lovely little latex art project on Patreon, and gain access to thousands of high-quality behind the scenes photos and hundreds of exclusive videos, such as interviews or just overall being very silly.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What's the deal with latex?

Latex is an extraordinary material that really stands out; in a way, it’s kind of a cheat code to get interesting images, to create juxtaposition where it might not be in a regular photo.

A person wearing latex is often much more interesting than a person not wearing latex, and displaying this is a shortcut to a captivating image—especially latex catsuits.

Who are the models of Project L?

Most—if not all—models of Project L are casual people, like you and me; not professional models, but just your everyday neighbours. They just happen to wear latex for the photoshoots. They’re very nice for that, aren’t they?

The models’ personal details will not be shared in any circumstances. If they are tagged on social media, that’s all the information we’re giving away.

Where do you get your latex from?

There are various manufacturers where we buy our latex outfits from. We can strongly recommend, for example, LibidexFantastic RubberLatex by Tiina Rikala and Bright and Shiny for their high-quality latex products. In the bottom of each recent Project L you can find the names of the outfits worn and links to the manufacturers.

By default, we are not sponsored by these companies, and on the few rare cases if we are either sponsored or given free samples, this is written clearly in the article.

Who owns the latex?

Most of the latex in Project L is owned by the project, but as of late, we’ve managed to turn the models into the dark side, and as latex is becoming more accessible, more and more models are buying latex clothing for themselves—some even crafting their own!

We’re hoping to bring out more details about the creation of latex and to give a spotlight small manufacturers with our community.

Who is the author of Project L?

The original idea and the concept of Project L comes from the odd person who people often call Tuomas Siitonen, who’s still running the whole thing, from the website to photography to social medias.

The models, however, have given so much of their time and their help to the project—this project absolutely would not exist without their help and contributions!

How can I support the project—and what do I get from that?

Project L has a strong support on Patreon, and just like the models, our little latex art project’s supporters are a huge reason why the project still exists after 120+ projects and 10+ years.

Latex is expensive, photography & videography gear is expensive, and every dollar, euro or whatever your currency is, matters to us.

By joining, you can get access to 4K photos, cards, posters and thousands of behind the scenes photos… and quite a lot of videos, too.
