As an extra, there’s some IR pics, too. They’re taken with our modified Canon EOS 400D with its internal IR-cut filter removed and a IR-high pass filter added to the EF 24-70 f/2.8L -lens. These shots had to be taken blindly, as the viewfinder is completely black due to the IR-pass filter and there’s no liveview in this old 400D. Why would they make it too easy…
Those sepia-colored photos are not just edited to look like that. They’re straight from the camera, unedited and no filters. Those are the IR pics.
- Filter-monster. Starting from outside there’s the IR-high pass filter, a circular polarization filter and a protective clear glass filter. Mounted on a 400D.
- You don’t usually see blue dogs. Blue dogs… right…
- Bird tower
- It’s warm, but still no leaves.
- A view through the 85mm f/1.2L II
