These are the behind the scenes and outtakes of Project L: Part 48 – Streaming games.

There’s not much to say to shooting up in your own living room. The colour temperature of my apartment is pretty vivid and isn’t that suitable for a uniformly sustained photo- and videography. In hindsight, it really should be – as I photograph a lot in my apartment.

We’re moving to another apartment soon, so perhaps I should better organize my planning of lighting. Yeah. Why not?

The game streams seemed to attract people’s attention so much that we’ll continue doing few stream tests more. The next one has been scheduled on the next tuesday, 5th April around 7PM CEST.

About the process
of photography

After all these months I’m still a sucker for using Canon’s 35mm f/1.4L II. I use it nowadays almost exclusively, only popping in another lens if the situation really requires it. I guess this hinders my choices somehow, but it’s not really that big of a deal – the 35mm really does everything so well. And I’m a junkie for good bokeh and huge apertures. Besides, huge apertures in regular, somewhat dimly-lit apartments is quite much a requirement.

The next Project L has been planned and will be shot during the next week if nothing goes wrong. And don’t forget our tuesday’s stream!
